The Geological Map of the Emilia-Romagna Plain at the scale of 1:250,000, is the result and the synthesis of an interdisciplinary work of Geologists and Soil Scietists, belonging to the Geological Seismic and Soil Survey of Emilia-Romagna Region. The main objective of the job, that completed in little more than ten years, was the mapping of the soils in the region.
