The documentary is an invitation to know the soil and the "Soil Science", highlighting the working methods and illustrating some landscapes of the Emilia-Romagna region characterized by different origin and evolution of soils. In nature there are many types of rocks, plants, animals and even soil, the latter, different in origin, color, depth, fertility, vary from place to place.
