This service is located in Crocione locality, between Acquacheta and the Muraglione Pass.

  • How to reach Eremo dei Toschi

You can reach the Eremo on foot, from:

  1. San Benedetto in Alpe, walking by the Acquacheta Waterfalls, by following  CAI  407 – 409 – 419 trails (about 3 hours and 30’)
  2. San Benedetto in Alpe, walking by Monte del Prato, by following CAI  409 trail (in about 2 hours)
  3. Osteria Nuova (located at about 2 km from San Benedetto towards Muraglione Pass) by following CAI 405 trail (in about 1 hour and 15’).

You can reach San Benedetto by coach from Forlì, line 127, travelling via Rocca San Casciano (for info on the schedules visit www.atr.fc.it website in Italian; or call 0039 199 115577). As an alternative from Rocca San Casciano to San Benedetto you can use a private taxi service by calling Ferrini 0039 349 5161700.

  • How to come back from Eremo dei Toschi

From the Eremo you can reach San Benedetto in Alpe:

  1. walking by the Acquacheta Waterfalls by following  CAI  407 – 409 – 419 trails (about 3 hours and 30’)
  2. walking by Monte del Prato, by following CAI  409 trail (in about 2 hours)
  3. or reach Osteria Nuova (located at about 2 km from San Benedetto towards Muraglione Pass) by following CAI 405 trail (in about 1 hour and 15’).
