LAGO SCAFFAIOLO – PORANCETO (LAGO DI SUVIANA)

From Scaffaiolo lake, nestled inside a double ridge at the base of Mount Cupolino, by hiking a first stretch in the high mountain environment and then on comfortable forest tracks you will get to the wide saddle of Tre Croci Pass, a few minutes from Mount Cavallo refuge. From here, by alternating solitary stretches and segmets rich of buildings and villages, you will reach the banks of the Suviana lake, and finally the houses of Poranceto, bordering an ancient chestnut forest.
