Fees and payments
Fees for the participation in the congress are:
Before April 15th
- 120 euros: attendance fee for authors presenting posters or oral contributions.
- 100 euros: attendance fee for congress participants.
- Free access to students (not presenting a contribution, in this case thay are considered authors)
After April 15th
the fee is 120 euros for all participants, except the students.
Fee for participation in the field trip is:
€ 50 per person (lunch included). Those wishing to participate in a field trip must register by filling in the online registration forms.
Payment for partecipation in the fieldtrip can be made at the registration desk of the Congress by Wednesday 13th June, 2012.

The registration is only valid upon receipt of communication of payment made.
Change in registration
If you are not able to attend the congress after registering, you have the opportunity to send another person in your place. In this case the confirmation of payment of the original registration must be presented at the registration office at the congress site. We regret that no refunds can be made for cancellations. In this case, proceedings will be mailed to the participant after the conference.
