Emilia-Romagna geological survey , that participates in the association since 2005, has contributed to the book with the recipe on "Borgotaro boletus soupe", made with the IGP (Protected Geographic Indication) boletus , that grows in the woods of Parma province, covering the rocky slopes of the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines.
